In that place of stuck, we find ourselves stagnant, immobilized and unable to move forward. We want to do something but we can't seem to figure out what to do next. So we worry, feel stressed and find ourselves overthinking about everything that could go wrong if we fail to make the right decision.
The best thing to do, when you are in that place of life's stickiness, is to walk away from your situation for a little while. Talk to different people, go somewhere different, learn something new, go for a walk or play with some colours.
Then come back and start to write out your bucket list. What are some of the things that you really want to do in your life and what decisions can you make that will get you there? There is nothing that will get you unstuck like a desire for something better.
A dream, goal, wish or desire is the magic stuff that stirs up our imagination to provide us with a vast selection of possibilities. A desire to be, have and do will pull us toward making a decision and taking action to unstick us from our fears in that place of being stuck.
Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become.
