Life is precious ... live it fearlessly going in the direction of what makes you truly happy!
I went out to do a few errands today and had a quick conversation with someone as I hurried on my way to get things done. He asked what I was doing and I told him that I was busy as always but that I was only working until I had my million. He looked at me as if I was crazy and I just smiled politely as this is always the reaction that I get from people when I tell them about my future plans of abundance. But then he looked at me and said that he was only going to live until he died and that he would be dead before I ever got my million because there was no way I would ever have my million. So I smiled again, wished him a good day and left.
Why is it that people have so little faith in anything good happening for themselves and obviously others. Here I was talking about something really good and his come back was the worst thing that could happen to us all. Even though most people want a better life, they refuse to think of the possibilities of what it would be like to dream the impossible with the mindset that it might just happen. I suppose for them, it is safer to not dream at all and then they can avoid the disappointment of not getting what they want. But if you live your life thinking that you are never going to get anything, well that is just what you are going to get.
How sad it is to lose the one thing that we were all given .. the imagination to create the life that we want, to wish upon a star and believe that we are deserving of it.
It takes no effort to think of better days ahead as my mother used to say. Actually it is more encouraging to think of possibilities instead of dreading more of the same misery and frustrations. Yet most people spend most of their time wasting their valuable thoughts on their negative limitations and disappointments.
Maybe we should go back to thinking like a child with all the wonder of the world before us.
She decided to create the life she imagined.....
